Our Story
John D’Silva, an immigrant from India who grew up in poverty, always had a vision to live out the “American Dream” while making a lasting positive impact. With this vision, he founded Web City Properties in his home garage, focusing on helping Texas families find quality, affordable housing. John’s innovative model boosted homeownership in underserved communities, transforming hundreds of homes and enriching lives. He also generously supported organizations in Dallas dedicated to improving economic mobility for the city’s most disadvantaged.
John passed away in 2020, leaving a remarkable legacy and a mission entrusted to his son, Jordan D’Silva. Today, Jordan and the team at Web City Properties are dedicated to furthering John’s vision by providing affordable housing solutions and pioneering new programs aimed at enhancing economic opportunities, education, and quality of life for the residents of Southern Dallas-Fort Worth.
