Professional Position
I am proud to be the President and CEO of Web City Properties.
My job is to coordinate all of the activities at Web City Properties from
buying, rehabbing, and selling of our properties. I
oversee all of the above functions and make sure we don't miss any opportunities
in the market place. We
are proud to be able to provide affordable housing in the Dallas area.
We are known for our ability to take buyers that ordinarily would have
never been able to fulfill the American Dream of Home ownership.
We put them in a home for a minimal down payment and carry the financing
until their credit is clean and able to be refinanced with a bank. Past
Experience I
have worked in the real estate field for over 30 years and have experience in
construction, financing, property development, and property management.
