Correna McElwee - CFO

I am the CFO for Web City Properties and our other entities. I manage over 60 properties which includes rental property, and home notes. I also manage all the duties of Human Resources, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Besides accounting, I stay in close contact with all our customers, and complete paper work for closing of all properties. In my spare time I research homes, in areas that are most sought out by consumers which is a combination of school districts, job opportunities, and neighborhoods.

By researching the properties we concentrate on quick returns that do not set vacant. Our goal is to purchase wonderful properties while keeping a budget that ensures profitability for everyone concerned.
